How many go undergroud at Nent

It would help us with our funding and grant applicatins if we had an idea of how many people go underground on our site every year. We obviously record how many tourists we take into Carrs level, our show mine, but have no idea how many go undergroud elsewhere on our site.
Any estimates, guesses?
How can we rcord this?
